I absolutely love being a pediatric dentist! I often joke that I identify as a five-year-old myself — I’m really just a big kid at heart. My days are filled with singing silly songs, cracking goofy jokes, and finding fun, creative ways to turn dental visits into laugh-out-loud moments. One of my greatest joys is watching my patients grow up right alongside me.
I grew up on Long Island, New York, and earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Delaware. After working as a chemist for a year, I went on to earn my Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry. I then completed a residency in pediatric dentistry at Children’s National Hospital in Washington, D.C.
Since 2018, I’ve been proud to practice as a board-certified pediatric dentist at Dr. Camps Pediatric Dental Center. I’m also an active member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. I have extensive experience in all aspects of pediatric dental care, including treating children under general anesthesia, managing dental emergencies, and caring for patients with special healthcare needs. My approach is centered on compassion, prevention, and making every visit as stress-free and fun as possible.
Being part of Dr. Camps allows me to do what I love most: helping kids feel confident, comfortable, and excited about caring for their smiles.
Outside the office, I love spending time with my husband, Joey, our son, Luca, and the rest of my family. I’m always up for trying new restaurants, visiting craft breweries (I have a soft spot for sour beers), traveling—especially if it involves a beach—cheering on my favorite sports teams (GO Yankees, Rangers, Packers, and Knicks!), or going to concerts. I’m also a bit of a home chef, always experimenting with new recipes before winding down with the latest Netflix binge.
My goal is to make every appointment feel less like a checkup and more like a playdate—where everyone leaves smiling, including me!
