Dental emergencies can happen when you least expect them, and we’re here to help! At Dr. Camp’s Pediatric Dental Center, we understand how distressing it can be when your child experiences a dental emergency, whether it’s a broken tooth, sudden pain, or injury. Our team is ready to provide quick, gentle care to get your child back on track.
Toothaches: Tooth pain can happen suddenly, and we’re here to help ease your child’s discomfort and find the cause.
Chipped or Broken Teeth: Accidents can happen during playtime or sports; we can help restore your child’s smile.
Knocked-Out Teeth: Quick action can make a difference in saving the tooth, so don’t wait—call us right away!
Soft Tissue Injuries: Injuries to the gums, lips, or tongue can cause bleeding and discomfort, but we’re equipped to manage these injuries safely.
For a knocked-out tooth: If it’s a baby tooth, save it and bring your child in right away. If it’s a permanent tooth, gently rinse it, try to place it back in the socket, or store it in milk until you can get to our office.
For toothaches: Rinse the area with warm water and use a cold compress to reduce swelling. Never apply aspirin directly to the tooth or gums.
For soft tissue injuries: Apply gentle pressure with a clean cloth to stop bleeding, and call us for advice on the next steps.
